The Hills of Hollywood offer incredible views that were emphasized with this new construction project. The indoor-outdoor living is achieved by creating light-filled spaces through the grand entry and windowed walls. With the liberty of building new, we were able to design unique spaces and elements for our clients including recessed fireplaces, lighted dropped ceilings, wall-mounted wine displays, and much more. Modern and simple lines follow throughout the kitchen and the entire house, all while creating useful spaces and designing storage options for each bedroom and living area. Folding hidden doors from the seating areas and the primary room open up to carefully designed and built outdoor areas that feature a pool, multiple seating, and dining areas with incredible views.
