SANTA MONICA
Our Highland Ave project features a newly built Duplex that is built in a challenging terrain. The home features two entrances to each respective unit to create the needed privacy. We designed multiple large windows and folded doors to bring in as much natural light as possible from the East and West sides, allowing maximum exposure to the beautiful Santa Monica skies. Both units feature custom cabinetry with modern touches and over 16ft wide interior space opened with full glass doors on each end.
Large overhangs and incredible Santa Monica city and ocean views, make this duplex a priceless combination of build quality and location.
Hollywood Hills
The Hills of Hollywood offer incredible views that were emphasized with this new construction project. The indoor-outdoor living is achieved by creating light-filled spaces through the grand entry and windowed walls. With the liberty of building new, we were able to design unique spaces and elements for our clients including recessed fireplaces, lighted dropped ceilings, wall-mounted wine displays, and much more. Modern and simple lines follow throughout the kitchen and the entire house, all while creating useful spaces and designing storage options for each bedroom and living area. Folding hidden doors from the seating areas and the primary room open up to carefully designed and built outdoor areas that feature a pool, multiple seating, and dining areas with incredible views. Working with a design-build team will help you achieve the most courageous designs - even tree covered, cantilevered deck overlooking the Hollywood sign!
Bel Air
Remodeled into an oasis! Welcome to our Nicada Dr remodel, where the home went through extensive changes. From the wood siding and black metal elements to create a modern feel, into knocking down walls, creating large, more useful spaces. Enter through a dramatic pivot door into the completely reimagined open floor that overlooks the pool. Brand new oak kitchen offers cabinet and counter space that makes for the perfect cooking and entertaining experience. Custom cabinetry, custom windows and all the special elements that were carefully selected to match our client's vision is what sets us apart.
Venice
Elegance, sophistication, and building green - are some of the accomplished features of this special residence. Board-formed concrete meets disappearing walls of glass, making the open floor plan living/dining room & and kitchen perfect for both entertaining and cozy family time. Experience the indoor-outdoor living created by open doors in the living and kitchen areas, making it possible to cook in the expansive kitchen and enjoy the private and green outdoor backyard. The primary bedroom features a show-stopping 20ft ceiling, offering a full ensuite complete with its bathroom, loft, and outdoor space. Enjoying Venice Beach views is easier than ever when you have a great rooftop deck with its own outdoor cooking station. Built with energy efficiency in mind, this project perfectly depicts all the boxes checked.
MAr vista
Our Armacost project was one of our prefab installations located on the same street mirroring each other's unique features. Designed by Proto Homes, our team was able to install the mods into beautiful and spacious homes. Our spin on the exterior and hardscape of both of these projects embodies the modern and unconventional look all while creating multiple outdoor spaces. As a preferred vendor for most prefab companies in the Southern California region, we strive to bring to life the designer's vision and our client's needs. Pacific palisades
From old to gold! Our Camino de Yatasto project in the Palisades Country Estates was a great embrace of good design in need of current updates. This heavy exterior and traditional home transitioned into the smooth stucco with modern elements that gave this house a Mediterranean feel and much-needed natural light. All new windows and doors, including a beautiful oak pivot door, invite you to the redesigned floor plan with a gorgeous restored curved staircase. On the second floor, we added a balcony to expand the primary bedroom into a suite with pool views and access to the beautifully recreated Mediterranean landscaping.
By installing Hardie-paneled fencing, we were able to give our client privacy and not affect the view.
