We had the best experience with X3 Build with the remodel of our kitchen. Alex went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work being done. Everyone from the plumbers, electricians and painters were fantastic. If there were issues we came across he made sure to make it right. And a HUGE shout out to Sam and his crew who did our custum cabinets. We will definitely be calling X3 Build when its time to remodel our bathrooms!

We met the wonderful guys of X3 in the fall of 2021 when we decided to add on to our home. After the first meeting I knew they were our team and I’ve never looked back. I consider Kamran, Alex and Poya family. They made sure our vision came to fruition within our budget. Not to mention we were pregnant with our first child and had a specific window of time to complete the project. They go above and beyond for their clients. Whether it’s returning a phone call, meeting you in person to talk things over, picking out tile, fixtures, appliances.. they are there, on time and prepared. It was and still is a wonderful experience working with X3. I keep coming up with more projects to keep them around!

X3 built a brand new residential building for us in Santa Monica. 2 large apartments, a complete underground garage, expansive rooftop, elevator and high quality finishes. The project took a bit over 2 years and included the complete tear down of the existing home, and during challenging times with the pandemic and global supply chain issues. Kamran, Alex and team were highly professional and great to work with throughout the process. Of course, the experience had a few bumps, but even when these happened the team was fair and held themselves accountable. We had a high degree of trust which was very helpful given that we did not live locally to oversee the project frequently. They also take a lot of pride in their work and the result speaks for itself. I would happily recommend them and offer to be a reference anytime.
