• Project Inception: where the client shares their project needs, ideas and goals with the Architect. 

• Schematic Design: preparing preliminary design sketches and concepts based on the client’s requirements and budget and explore different options. 

• Design Development: Once a schematic design is approved and the scope of work and finishes are is determined, the design development phase begins. In this phase cost projection can be provided by our construction team to ensure that the intended design can be achieved within the budget. 

• Construction Documents: Preparing required drawings and specifications for local municipalities submission in order to obtain building permits. 

• Expediting Services: Submit all construction documents to the city and handle clearances required for permit issuance.
